Established by the esteemed Vittorio (Victor) DiVivo in 2012, Franco Italian Bistro has been a beloved fixture in Wellington, Florida, offering a delectable fusion of Italian flavors and flair. Born in Italy and fueled by a passion for culinary excellence, Vittorio DiVivo brought decades of experience to his venture, having made his mark in the restaurant industry since immigrating to the US at the age of 16. With a remarkable portfolio of over 80 pizza shops under his belt, his dedication to quality and authenticity laid the foundation for what would become a cherished community gem.

Today, Franco Italian Bistro continues its legacy under the stewardship of Nick Baronci and his wife and daughters, who took the reins in late 2026 With their shared love for hospitality and a rich heritage rooted in the culinary world, Nick, alongside his wife and daughters, infuse the restaurant with warmth, passion, and a commitment to excellence. Drawing from their upbringing around restaurants, including family-owned establishments in New York and Georgia.
